Julian Korzeniowsky (that’s me!) is a proficient pianist, toy pianist, performance artist and sound designer. I am currently interested in exploring the limits of spatial sound within virtual reality and augmented reality spaces.

I have also been writing commercial music since a young age, and have worked on sound design and music for various companies including SAP, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), HP, and Sundance. I am quick, efficient, and easy to work with.

I was born and raised in New York City. I hold a Bachelor of Music from New England Conservatory in composition where I studied with teachers Kati Agocs and Stratis Minakakis, and currently, I am studying at the Entertainment Technology Center at Carnegie Mellon for a Masters in Entertainment Technology. I have written solo, electronic, chamber and orchestral works that have been performed throughout the country by ensembles such as Ethel string quartet, the American Composer’s Orchestra, members of the NEC Phil, and the New York Philharmonic Orchestra. I have also written for video games and other experimental interactive experiences.

Currently residing in Pittsburgh, I also enjoy the simpler things in life such as procrastinating by watching entire seasons of shows on netflix in one sitting, doing laundry at unreasonable hours and pretending to like sports to bond with coworkers and friends. Feel free to email me at Jfelix92@gmail.com. I would be more then happy to write music for your film, help create spatialized sound for your VR experience, send you one of my scores, compose a piece for your ensemble, play toy piano for you in your living room, chat about the rise and fall of the Banjo-Kazooie franchise or just about anything else.
